Congratulations to every BNI Northern California Region member who scored Green or Yellow in August 2026 - 50 points or more! You're not just hitting a number. You're strengthening your chapter and driving real referral business for the members around you.

Here's how the Power of One works. Each element is scored out of 20 points, for a possible 100 points total.

1. Attendance Goal: 100%
Show up and you show your chapter they can count on you. Consistency builds trust, and trust builds referrals.

2. CEUs  Goal: One per Week
One hour of education equals one CEU. Complete the online MSP and you've already banked six. Keep learning, keep growing.

3. One-to-Ones Goal: One per Week
Every one-to-one is a chance to understand another member's business well enough to send them real business. This is where Givers Gain becomes real.

4. Referrals Goal: One per Week
Referrals are the whole point. Give generously and they will come back.

5. Visitors Goal: One per Month
Every visitor you bring strengthens the chapter for everyone in it. Growth starts with an invitation.
